The regional exhibition and promotion activities will be held in tandem with the industry exhibitions in provincial capital cities or representative prefecture-level cities, or the opening ceremonies of JEM flagship stores. Franchisees should provide such information as the venue area and the size of advertising booths at the local exhibition, and the head office will provide specific design and exhibition plans.

Our commitments
1、From the date of applying, quality warranty will be provided within the corresponding warranty period based on the product model.
2、The warranty card (electronic warranty) is the only quality certificate for JEM window film.
3、The warranty card can only be enjoyed by the original purchaser of the product and must not be transferable.
4、The quality warranty is invalid in the case of incomplete information in the quality warranty certificate or failing to provide the receipt issued by an authorized dealer.
5、During the warranty period of this product, blisters, bubbles, warping, cracking, layering, obvious fading and discoloration, or surface detachment not caused by human factors are within the warranty scope. The solar film can be replaced with a warranty card or an electronic warranty.
1、From the date of purchase, the manufacturer provides warranty services for cracking, blisters, fractures, and matte caused solely by manufacturing or material defects during the product warranty period. Due to the high application requirements of transparent car cover (automotive paint protection film), we recommend that you apply it on the original factory paint surface. As this product protects only the original paint surface of the vehicle, the product installed on the paint surface is not within the scope of compensation, and we will bear no responsibility for the potential risks and corresponding issues arising from thereof.
2、Losses caused by improper use, maintenance and cleaning or misoperation of the product, application on non-original paint surface, natural disasters, accidents, normal wear and tear, and other reasons unrelated to product manufacturing or material issues are not covered by the warranty scope of transparent car cover (automotive paint protection film).
1、From the date of installation, quality warranty is provided according to the corresponding warranty period of the product;
2、The warranty card (electronic warranty) is the only quality certificate for JEM sunroof ice armor.
3、During the warranty period, degumming, cracking, hydrolysis, dullness, and yellowing of JEM sunroof ice armor not caused by human factors are all within the warranty scope;
4、Material issues caused by improper cleaning, replacement of sunroof glass, intentional damage by humans, or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty scope of JEM sunroof ice armor.
In case of the above issues, we will bear the material cost of replacing JEM at designated dealers of JEM.
